Country singer Megan Moroney painted the 57th annual CMA Awards red on Wednesday night, showing up in a custom crimson gown designed by Stefanie Naylor and show-stopping glam.

"With the drama of the red dress, I wanted to go full classic Hollywood glam with my hair in smooth waves, fresh glowy skin and a bold lip," the 26-year-old — who was nominated for new artist of the year and song of the year with her hit "Tennessee Orange" from her debut album Lucky — tells PEOPLE exclusively.
